Accessibility

Read and navigate
in the way that works for you.

Clear structure, readable presentation and usable controls matter throughout the website. Accessibility is part of how we build and review that experience.

Website accessibility target

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Read the W3C guidelines

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the OrdexisOne marketing website. Our review includes page structure, keyboard access, readable contrast and content that adapts to different screen sizes in both light and dark themes.

Accessibility evaluation is ongoing. This statement describes the target and available features; it is not a claim of full conformance across every page and workflow.

Using the site

Choose how you move through the content.

The site works with familiar browser controls and provides its own navigation and display options. The following features can help you read a page and reach the information you need.

Navigate with the keyboard.

Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between links and controls. A visible focus indicator identifies the current item. Activate links with Enter; buttons and FAQ questions can also be activated with Space.

The first keyboard link, “Skip to main content,” moves past the repeated site navigation. In the mobile navigation menu, Esc closes the menu and returns focus to its button.

Use headings and topic links.

Page headings describe the sections that follow. Pages with topic navigation link directly to the relevant section, and links describe their destination.

The FAQ uses expandable questions. Open the answer you need and follow its feature link for more detail; you can keep more than one answer open.

Adjust the presentation.

Use your browser's zoom controls to enlarge the page. Responsive layouts adapt as the available width changes, keeping the reading order and content together.

The theme button in the header switches between light and dark. The site initially follows your device preference unless you have already chosen a theme; your choice is remembered when browser storage is available.

Reduce interface motion.

When your device or browser requests reduced motion, the site's shared styles disable interface animations and transitions and use immediate scrolling in place of smooth scrolling.

You can make this choice through your operating system or browser's accessibility settings. The content remains available with the reduced-motion preference enabled.

Reporting a barrier

Describe the task
that got interrupted.

A useful report explains what you needed to do, where you encountered the barrier and what happened. That context helps the responsible team reproduce the problem.

If your business operates an OrdexisOne system, use the support arrangements or authorized contact supplied with your order or deployment. If you are using a service company's branded account, contact that company through the details it provided.

Scope and continuing review

Keep accessibility in the configured experience.

This statement concerns the public OrdexisOne marketing website. A business's deployed system has its own brand, content, forms, documents and enabled workflows.

Review the experience your business provides.

Include accessibility requirements when defining a deployment. Color choices, customer-entered labels, service questions, documents and custom content need accessible decisions as well as a usable interface.

Revisit the experience as it changes.

New pages, features and content can introduce new barriers. Our website review combines automated checks with keyboard and rendered-page inspection; individual checks do not replace evaluation of complete pages and processes.
