Your environment
A system built around your business.
Understand the operating environment, your brand and the connections behind the service.
Does our business get a dedicated system?
Yes. The ordering business receives a dedicated, isolated environment with its own configured address, brand, people, locations and operating rules. Customers, field staff and office users access the relevant parts of that business system.
Your catalog, service geography, terms and billing policies define how the operation behaves. The configured subdomain or custom domain provides its public identity.
Explore dedicated deploymentHow much of the experience can use our branding?
The Branding Engine goes beyond the logo. Configure supported colors, typography, buttons, forms, navigation, cards, tables, dialogs, spacing, borders and interaction states.
Your identity carries through the supported storefront, checkout, customer, staff and administrative experiences. The visual email and contract builders let the business maintain branded messages and agreements with relevant customer and service information.
Explore the Branding EngineWhich connected services does the system use?
The core customer, property, sales, scheduling, field, supply and billing records belong to the same platform. Specific capabilities also use configured services, including Stripe payments, mail delivery, maps and geocoding, weather and supported Google sign-in.
Automatic e-transfer reconciliation requires a supported payment mailbox. The connections needed by your selected capabilities are part of the deployment configuration.
Explore the connected platformSelling and getting paid
From a service request to an accountable sale.
Use configured online purchases for suitable work and a complete assessment process for work that needs a quote.
Can customers buy services directly from our website?
Yes. The branded storefront can qualify the address, present eligible services, packages or contracts, and collect the measurements and condition answers the selected service needs. Your pricing rules calculate the offer, including relevant add-ons and adjustments.
Suitable purchases continue through account details, applicable terms, configured signing and payment into an order. The office uses the resulting customer, property and service context to arrange fulfillment.
Explore online service commerceHow does the system calculate the price?
Pricing applies your configured rules. Service models, measurements, quantities, condition answers, geography, fees, minimums, discounts, packages and contracts can contribute to the result. It is deterministic pricing, rather than an AI-generated estimate.
For more complex assessed work, reusable calculators, material definitions, labor assumptions and rate matrices support a structured estimate. Your team can review the components and present meaningful customer options.
Explore pricing rulesWhat happens when a job needs an assessment or a manual quote?
Customers can submit a quote-visit request with the property, contact information and requested scope. The office can manage the request, arrange an assessment, assign staff and prepare a manual quote with measurements, line items, alternatives, timing and an expiry.
The customer can review the protected quote packet, download its PDF and accept or decline individual options. Acceptance records their choice; the office follows up to arrange the next order, scheduling and billing steps. It does not automatically complete the entire checkout and fulfillment process.
Explore assessments and estimatesHow do customers sign agreements and pay?
Configured checkout brings account access, required terms and supported payment together. For a single-contract purchase, customers review the document, supply their legal name and declaration, and use the enabled typed or drawn signature method before continuing through payment.
Online card payments use the configured Stripe setup. Customers can also review invoices, retrieve PDFs and follow the enabled invoice-payment options, including the supported e-transfer payment or reporting path.
Explore customer paymentsDoes e-transfer reconciliation require office approval?
Matching payments reconcile automatically. The system scans the configured payment mailbox and automatically reconciles an e-transfer when all configured security measures match. Office review is the exception when a security measure does not match.
Staff can investigate that exception with its invoice, customer and payment-notification context, then use the supported matching, dismissal or recheck action. Reconciliation history, imported email activity and mailbox diagnostics remain available.

Carry the details into the work.
Scheduling, people, preparation and customer records stay connected after the sale.
What does the field team use? Is there a native app?
OrdexisOne is a responsive progressive web application used through supported browsers. Staff have a focused field portal for assigned routes and stops, property and service details, preparation manifests, timing, input usage, quote visits and reports.
The staff and outreach portals support phone-browser field use. Designated field actions can handle supported connectivity interruptions and pending synchronization; availability depends on the action and configuration. This is not a native App Store app or a guarantee that every screen and action works offline.
Explore responsive web portalsCan we manage recurring schedules and weather-sensitive work?
The office can create one-time and recurring appointments, assign staff, review day, week, month and staff calendars, and inspect generated service occurrences. Location time zones and seasonal operating periods keep the schedule in the appropriate local context.
Enabled weather conditions evaluate affected services against configured thresholds. Customer-visible states can recommend rescheduling, monitoring or proceeding. The business manages resulting schedule changes; a weather recommendation is not automatic rescheduling.
Explore scheduling rulesWhat does Input Usage cover?
Input Usage manages consumables, treatments and mixtures across supported service industries. Its setup, input catalog, units and costs provide the foundation. Service profiles define requirements, mix profiles define components, and packaged stock forms describe how applicable supplies are held.
Stock points, sources, suppliers, purchase orders and receiving connect supply to scheduled demand. Route manifests support checking, picking, loading and applicable mixing. Field records retain property-level use, waste and returns, while forecasting exposes future demand, shortages and purchasing needs.
Explore the complete Input Usage systemHow does inventory relate to input usage and purchasing?
Inventory records the configured supplies your business holds: item identity, operational units, available quantities, stock points and traceable movements. It is relevant across service industries and is not limited to a particular material or job size.
Input profiles describe what the work requires; purchasing and receiving replenish the supply; preparation and field records explain what was used, wasted or returned. Together, these records connect stock availability to the work ahead and the work already delivered.
Explore inventory operationsCan we manage the vehicles and equipment used by our crews?
Yes. Maintain vehicle and equipment records with staff-group relationships, distance, runtime, fuel and oil activity, costs and usage history. Eligible route usage can synchronize into the asset record.
Meter-based or time-based maintenance rules identify due work, and maintenance work orders preserve the service activity. Equipment responsibility and cost remain near the staff and route operation using the asset.
Explore equipment managementWhat can customers manage in their own account?
The branded customer portal brings together upcoming service, invoices, payments, active and historical services, quote visits and supported account settings. Customers can use eligible rescheduling, reorder, renewal and cancellation actions, according to the service and configuration.
Plan-enabled support retains tickets, conversations, status and feedback with the customer relationship. Existing services and payment history stay available when the customer returns with a question or needs more work.
Explore customer self-serviceHow does Outreach turn an area into direct sales?
Select geographic boxes and boundaries, batch thousands of homes into a campaign, and give representatives the property list for door-to-door activity. Recorded visits and outcomes retain the campaign and representative context.
An interested customer can continue through the supported direct-sales path. That creates or connects the customer and a pending invoice-later order, preserving the selling representative's attribution. The office can carry the resulting work forward from the same property and sales context.

Know who can act, and what changed.
Permissions and recorded activity give administrators context for oversight and investigation.
Can we see who viewed or changed information?
Yes. Recorded activity includes customer sign-ins and invoice views, including views of overdue invoices. Activity Logs provide a searchable, read-only record of captured operational and system events, identifying the actor or user, action, affected entity, location and description.
Recorded old and new values show what changed, with metadata providing further context. Administrators can investigate that access and change history according to their permissions, retention and data-redaction policies. The Trust page explains this visibility and its boundaries.
Explore access and activity visibilityHow can administrators investigate a problem?
Search Activity Logs and filter by category, severity, entity or date. Summary counts and an errors-only view help narrow the investigation. Open the event to inspect its actor, action, context and permitted error details.
The log remains read-only, and authorized investigation can use the event metadata or a controlled copy of its JSON. Invoice processing logs, reconciliation history and relevant operating records provide further context around the affected workflow.
Explore traceable operationsDoes every team member see the same information?
No. Roles, administrative permissions and location-aware authorization determine the supported records and actions available to each person. Customer, staff, outreach and office experiences focus on their respective work.
Access to diagnostic details and activity history is also governed. Assigned work can carry its customer, property and service context without giving every field user unrestricted administrative access.
Explore staff and access controlsOrdering and growth
Choose the capabilities your operation needs.
The plan, business configuration and location relationships define the system you operate.
Can one business grow into multiple locations or a franchise?
Yes. Supported location controls preserve local identity, geography, time zones, people and operating context while a parent governs selected business domains.
Live-linked, copy-once and independent policies let the organization decide what stays shared and what a location controls. Branding, services, pricing, terms, communications and other supported domains can follow separately configured relationships.
Explore franchise and multi-location operationsAre all features included in every configuration?
Available modules and account limits depend on the selected plan. Advanced catalog offers, Outreach, Input Usage, support, Careers and Hiring, contract design and other plan-controlled capabilities must be enabled for the corresponding workflow.
Roles, location settings, service definitions and supporting providers also shape availability. The same operating foundation can support a smaller team or a larger organization as its enabled capabilities and staffing needs develop.
