On “Plan-dependent”: that row is a capability the server can enable or disable by edition or plan, and the result also follows your configuration. It is not a claim that the capability is broken — it is a claim that we will not tell you it is switched on for you before we know which plan you are on.
On customer records: the platform manages a customer limit per environment, but enforcement of customer usage limits is not complete in the current build. We are not going to publish a figure the product does not hold you to, so the row says exactly that. When enforcement is complete, the figure appears in that row.
On limit figures: every number in this table comes from the plan's entitlement set and is supplied by the owner. Nothing here is an estimate of a limit we have not configured.
Feature availability and account limits vary by plan, role, location, and configuration. Configured Stripe payments, mail delivery, an eligible e-transfer mailbox, maps, geocoding, weather and Google sign-in are paid to those providers on your own accounts.
One-time and ongoing costs
What the subscription does not cover.
Disclosed before you spend time rather than at a checkout. Three things sit outside the recurring price, and each one is stated plainly.
One-time charges
None. The implementation scope published per plan is included in that plan, and anything outside it is quoted before it starts.
Migration
Included:Customer, service and price-book records from the exports your current system produces.
Not included:Historical documents, photos and attachments, and anything your current system cannot export.
Paid to someone else
Configured Stripe payments, mail delivery, an eligible e-transfer mailbox, maps, geocoding, weather and Google sign-in are paid to those providers on your own accounts.
Renewal and leaving
A monthly plan runs month to month. An annual plan runs for the year it is charged for.
You can stop a monthly plan at the end of any month. An annual plan runs to the end of the year it was charged for.
We will not change a price you are already paying without telling you before it takes effect.
Multiple locations and franchise networks
Above 10 operating locations, the band is scoped in a conversation.
Not a hidden price: the governance band is a named plan with named inclusions, and the only thing that is not published is the figure, because it depends on governed locations and rollout scope rather than on a number we can print ahead of time.
What varies The number of governed locations, which configuration stays shared and which stays local, and where administrator authority sits.
What does not vary The dedicated environment, the modules and the support relationship — they are the same product at every band.
What we need from you How many locations you operate, who holds administrator authority, and what your rollout looks like.
There is no percentage, no claimed saving and no rival named in this section. It describes what drives our cost, because the plan shape follows from that.
Infrastructure is per environment, and it is small at the bottom
Running one dedicated environment costs us roughly $6 a month in base infrastructure. It scales with the operation — a large franchise deployment reaches about $400 — which is why the entry bands can be modest, and why the highest band is shaped by governance and scale rather than by servers.
No per-seat cost base
We do not pay a licence for every person who signs in, so we do not charge you as though we did. Staff access is limited by role and by capacity because both are part of what a plan's entitlement set grants — not because the price is multiplied by headcount.
Acquisition through a referral programme, not a sales team
We do not run an outbound sales organisation, and the price does not carry one. Work reaches us through a referral programme. That is the structural reason a small operator can start at all.
Why the set follows the operation you run
A one-crew operation and a franchise group do not buy the same shape of thing, and a lawn programme and an assessed installation do not use the same capabilities. Because capabilities and limits are entitlements, the plan shown to you is selected for your segment instead of forcing every segment to pay for the largest one's requirements.
Not ready to buy yet
Free tools, not a trial.
These are calculators and reference lookups that need no account. They are not a free tier, not a trial of the platform, and they do not run your business for you.
One dedicated operating environment for one business. The unit is the environment — the system your customers buy from, your staff work in and your office runs.
It is explicitly not a per-person price. There is no seat price on this page, and adding a field employee does not change what you pay for the environment.
Why does the recommendation change when I change the selector?
Because a plan is a set of entitlements rather than a fixed package, and the band that fits a one-crew operation is not the band that fits a network. The selector sets the recommendation and the vocabulary; the four bands, their limits and the full comparison stay on the page either way.
The comparison never loses a row — the whole entitlement vocabulary is always listed, so a selection can never hide something that exists.
What do I get on every plan?
The band above the comparison table lists it: a dedicated environment for your business, the customer portal with invoices and payment, online service requests with quoting and booking, scheduling and dispatch with route planning, the field workspace, staff roles and permissions, the activity history that records what happened, and the responsive portals the field team uses.
Everything else in the table is either a capability composed into the plan or a limit the plan sets. The approved way to say it, and the only way we say it: feature availability and account limits vary by plan, role, location, and configuration.
How do I choose between the bands?
Start with the size tabs at the top. Then check three things in the table — how many operating locations you run, how many people need each access level, and which of the plan-dependent capabilities you actually need.
If you are close to a threshold, ask us rather than guess. Ask us to tell you when ordering opens.
Limits, costs and terms
How many people and locations can I have?
The first group of the comparison table carries the figures from the selected plan's entitlement set: operating locations, employee seats, field-sales seats, office and management seats, administrator seats and a total staff limit. Those are separate capacities, and each can be limited independently.
When you reach a limit, the right move is a plan review rather than a silent blocked action. We are not going to describe an automatic overage behaviour, because there is not one.
Do you limit how many customers I can keep?
Not as a published plan limit today. The platform manages a customer limit per environment, but enforcement of customer usage limits is not complete in the current build, so publishing a number would be a claim we cannot stand behind.
The row in the table says the same thing in the same words. When enforcement is complete, a figure will appear there.
Are there setup fees or implementation costs?
None. The implementation scope published per plan is included in that plan, and anything outside it is quoted before it starts.
Migration is scoped in the table: included is Customer, service and price-book records from the exports your current system produces. Not included is Historical documents, photos and attachments, and anything your current system cannot export.
Does the price include tax?
Prices are published excluding tax, in CAD. Tax is applied at the rate that follows your billing address.
The amount charged for a period is stated with the price on each card, so the total is not left to a checkout to reveal.
Does the price change after I start paying?
We will not change a price you are already paying without telling you before it takes effect.
A monthly plan runs month to month. An annual plan runs for the year it is charged for.
You can stop a monthly plan at the end of any month. An annual plan runs to the end of the year it was charged for.
Ordering and contact
When can I order?
Ordering is in final testing and does not open yet. The product described on this page is the product being tested; what is not switched on is the checkout.
The prices and limits are published so you can plan rather than guess. Ask us to tell you when ordering opens.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
No. There is no trial and no free tier, and this page will not pretend otherwise or invent a length for one.
What exists is a set of free tools that need no account: free tools and calculators → They are tools, not a trial of the platform.
We run several locations, or a franchise network. How is that priced?
Choose the Enterprise size above, or ask us directly. Above 10 operating locations operating locations, or for a franchise or holding-company structure, the band is scoped in a conversation rather than published as a figure.
