The dashboard brings upcoming services, calendar context, active service relationships and relevant account activity together. Outstanding invoice alerts provide a direct route to payment, while service information explains the next scheduled work.

Customers can review the associated property and use allowed rescheduling actions. Account or service suspension information helps make the current status clear.

Service history that can lead to the next job

Let customers understand and repeat the work they bought.

My Services lets customers view and filter active and historical relationships, distinguishing one-time services, packages and contracts. Opening the service record brings its property, scope and account information into view.

The complete service context

Review the property receiving the work, included services and add-ons, totals and billing information. Related invoices and schedule history make the relationship understandable without searching through separate emails.

An eligible reorder path

Reorder past individual services or eligible packages. Eligible contracts can be renewed or reordered with the renewal status visible, connecting the next purchase to an existing customer relationship.

A clear reason when the offer has changed

If a previous purchase no longer qualifies, the customer can see the blocked-reorder explanation and return to the catalog or request a new quote. Current availability and renewal rules govern the next purchase.

Make the financial account understandable.

Customers can review invoice counts and summaries, filter by status and open the charges and totals of an individual invoice. PDF downloads and payment history keep the supporting record available.

Configured payment paths let the customer pay by card or use the supported e-transfer flow, including reporting a transfer where applicable. The financial record remains part of the same service relationship.

Four service charges and the reconciled payment explain the settled invoice balanceIllustrative customer Maya Chen, C-052, at 48 Cedar Avenue. Invoice I-412 contains service visits on August 4, 11, 18 and 25, 2026, each charged at 64 Canadian dollars, totalling 256 dollars.
