Terms overview

Know what your order covers.

Understand the environment you are purchasing, the operating responsibilities around it and the documents that define your selected order.

What to review

Scope, responsibility and operation.

A dedicated operating environment combines business configuration, authorized access and the capabilities enabled for your order. Review those choices together with the commercial terms before completing the purchase.

Deployment scope

Confirm the environment and capabilities you are selecting.

The order materials define the purchased environment and implementation scope. Review the business identity, configured domains, enabled capabilities and setup responsibilities associated with the selected order.

OrdexisOne supports a branded service operation with configured services, pricing, customer accounts, office workflows and field access. The capabilities available to a particular business depend on its plan, roles, locations and configuration.

Enabled features
Modules such as Input Usage, Outreach, customer support, Weather Conditions and Careers depend on the selected plan and enabled configuration.
Account and location limits
Plans can limit customers, employees, field-sales users, managers, administrators, locations and total staff. Review the limits applicable to your purchase.

Commercial terms

Use the terms shown for your selected purchase.

Review the price, billing cadence, renewal, cancellation and any one-time work described in the selected order materials. The applicable commercial documents establish these details for that purchase.

The marketing pages explain the product and its operating capabilities. They do not set a separate billing schedule, cancellation period or service commitment for your account.

Keep the scope beside the price.

Read the enabled capabilities and implementation responsibilities alongside the commercial details. A feature described on the website may depend on an eligible plan, a connected provider or additional business configuration.

Review the purchase considerations

Business configuration

Prepare the information the operation will use.

The system applies configured business rules. Before your team uses a workflow, establish who maintains the relevant service information, pricing, geographic coverage, staff assignments and customer-facing content.

Services, prices and operating rules

The services you offer, property questions, measurements, price rules and operating schedules shape what customers can select and how the resulting work is handled. Review that information for the business and location using it.

Customer-facing agreements and communication

Your service terms, company signatures, branding, email content and documentation are part of the business configuration. Use the approved content appropriate to the service your company sells.

Connected services

Payment, mail, maps, weather and optional account connections require the supported provider configuration. Browser location assistance and other device-dependent field actions also rely on permissions and the supported device.

Confirm the setup and implementation responsibilities in your order materials so the people managing these areas understand the work involved.

Use and access

Keep access aligned with business responsibilities.

Use the environment through authorized accounts and the roles assigned to the work. Staff and administrative permissions determine which records and actions are available, and location authorization governs access to each operating context.

Maintain the appropriate users, roles and employment information as the team changes. Protect the credentials assigned to your team and review the account, data-use and acceptable-use requirements in the applicable service terms.

Authorized administrators can review recorded activity, including the responsible user, action, entity, location and recorded changes. Read-only history supports investigation of the events captured by the system.

Review activity visibility and access controls

Customer controls within your operation

Understand which relationship an account action affects.

Your customers use the branded portal to manage the services they purchase from your business. Supported controls include profile and service-address updates, viewing saved payment methods, available communication preferences and account security.

Customers can also review services, invoices and quote activity. Eligible services have permitted rescheduling and account actions; quote visits support rescheduling or cancellation where the request rules allow.

These controls apply to the customer's service relationship with your business. Changes to your company's OrdexisOne purchase follow the applicable order and service terms.

Before ordering

Read the selected scope and terms together.

Review the purchase documents available through the self-order process or accompanying order materials. Confirm that the selected environment, commercial details and implementation responsibilities match what your business intends to purchase.

Keep the order documents and confirmations with your business records so the people responsible for the account can refer to the agreed purchase.

The contact page explains the available ordering, product-information and existing-customer support paths. Existing customers should use the support route provided with their deployed system.
