Recurring lawn routes, connected.

Build the lawn program, sell it under your brand and prepare every route from the work actually scheduled. OrdexisOne connects property measurements, recurring visits, treatment inputs, field activity and billing in your own operating system.

A property needs more than a repeating appointment.

Mowing, overseeding and treatment visits can follow different schedules and need different preparation. Keep the service, area, access details and customer agreement together as the season moves forward.

One lawn property carrying three different schedules across a single season: weekly mowing, three treatments and one overseeding visit. One lawn-care property at 47 Elm Court in the Maple West territory, with a recorded turf area of 620 square metres and side access as agreed. Three services are drawn on one shared date scale running from April to October. Mowing is carried out every seven days, giving twenty-eight visits across the season. Treatments are three applications, in May, July and September. Overseeding is a single visit in September on the thin area. The service, area and access details are kept on the same agreement. Each service is prepared from its own profile: the turf area and visit scope as agreed for mowing, an individual mix profile for each treatment, and seed prepared separately from mowing. Visit counts, areas and dates are illustrative recorded service values.LAWN CARE / THE SEASONAL PROGRAMThree services, three schedules, one address.47 ELM COURT · MAPLE WEST TERRITORY · N-04 · TURF 620 m²THE PROPERTY AND ITS AGREEMENTTHE SEASON · EACH SERVICE ON ITS OWN SCHEDULEMOWINGevery 7 days · 28 visitsTREATMENTS3 applications · May, July, SeptemberOVERSEEDING1 visit · September, on the thin areaAprMayJunJulAugSepOctService, area and access details recorded on one agreementMowing · every 7 daysTurf area and visit scope as agreedTreatments · 3 applicationsPrepared from its own mix profileOverseeding · one visitSeed prepared separately from mowingIllustrative seasonal program · visit counts, areas and dates are recorded service values · each service is prepared from its own profileLAWN CARE · THE SEASONAL PROGRAMThree services, three schedules.47 ELM COURT · MAPLE WEST TERRITORY · N-04 · TURF 620 m²MOWING28 visitsTREATMENTS3 applicationsOVERSEEDING1 visitAprMayJunJulAugSepOctThree schedules on one propertyMowing every 7 days · treatments three times · overseeding onceThree preparations for the same addressEach service is prepared from its own profileIllustrative seasonal program · counts and dates are recorded service values

Sell the right program for the lawn.

Start with the address and the service area, then use your configured measurements, questions and pricing rules to establish what the property needs. A small mowing account and a multi-visit treatment program should not be sold as the same offer.

Regular mowing and care

Define the work included in a visit, property-size pricing, minimum charges and available add-ons. Capture access conditions and service details before the first crew arrives, then connect the recurring schedule to the purchased service.

Seasonal treatments

Offer individual applications or configured packages and contracts. Seed, fertilizer and weed-control services retain their own requirements, quantities and timing; the customer can see the program they are buying and its billing terms.

Work that needs a visit

Route uncertain scope into an in-person quote request. The office schedules the assessment, prepares the quote and follows up after the customer accepts an option. The accepted decision becomes the basis for arranging the work.

Use the property to inform the price.

Supported manual, area and satellite measurement tools supply the relevant service quantity. Conditions and add-ons handle the questions your business needs answered; geographic rules connect the address to coverage and pricing context.

Input Usage

Know what to prepare before the truck leaves.

The route's scheduled services create demand for seed, fertilizer and treatment products. Service profiles connect that work to required quantities; mix profiles define the components for the treatments your business provides.

Preparation becomes a checked route manifest: what to pick, load and mix. Forecasting surfaces upcoming demand and shortages so the office can address supplies before a crew discovers the problem at a property.

One lawn route’s four scheduled services turned into the seed, fertilizer and treatment mix the crew must load. The scheduled services on route M-306 for Wednesday 18 September, in the Maple West territory under route division N-04. Four checked stops each state the property, the service and the input that service requires: 18 Ash Road is overseeded across 200 square metres and requires 4.0 kilograms of seed; 26 Birch Street is fertilized across 620 square metres and requires 6.2 kilograms of fertilizer; 47 Elm Court receives weed control across 480 square metres and requires 4.8 litres of the weed-control mix profile; 72 Oak Street is fertilized across 540 square metres and requires 5.4 kilograms of fertilizer. Totalled from those scheduled services, the route is prepared with 4.0 kilograms of seed, 11.6 kilograms of fertilizer and 4.8 litres of weed-control mix, drawn as the seed sack, fertilizer sack and mixing jug that carry them. The weed-control mix profile expands into two components — 1.6 litres of weed-control concentrate and 3.2 litres of spray carrier — for the 4.8 litres used at stop 03. Inputs are maintained with their defined unit, prepared from the scheduled route, recorded at the lawn as used, wasted and returned quantities, and kept separate from the stock context used for larger landscape jobs. The forecast surfaces a shortage before the route: next week needs 14.8 kilograms of fertilizer against 9.4 kilograms on hand, leaving 5.4 kilograms short. Define the product and its unit
Maintain input records, unit costs and service consumption profiles. The preparation quantity should represent the treatment being delivered, not a generic stock count.
Prepare from the planned route
Use manifest checks for picking, loading and mixing. Stock points, purchasing and receiving support the supply that those upcoming services require.
Record what happened at the lawn
Field entries capture used, wasted and returned quantities against the work. That gives the office an applied-usage record and a clearer view of product cost.
Keep larger-job stock distinct
If your business also sells landscape work, stocked fabric, mulch and project materials have their own inventory context. Treatment preparation remains tied to recurring service demand.
Recurring visits and field work

A route built around the properties being serviced.

Generate service occurrences from the recurring arrangement, then use appointment calendars and staff assignments to organize delivery. One-off aeration or cleanup visits can sit alongside ongoing mowing and treatment work without losing their individual scope.

Give crews the useful details.

The branded staff PWA brings assigned stops, property information, service instructions and route context into the field. Crews record travel, on-site and hold time, treatment usage and relevant hazards or incidents against the visit.

GPS and geobox entry or exit assistance depend on device permissions and configuration. Field teams retain supported manual assistance when recording their work.

Keep the equipment behind the round ready.

Mowers, application equipment and vehicles affect the work you can deliver. Manage asset records, eligible staff or group assignments, maintenance rules and work orders alongside operating usage.

Vehicle distance, equipment runtime, fuel and oil costs provide a maintenance and cost history. Eligible route activity can feed that record, helping the office relate the assets used to the service being performed.

A Maple West territory plan with a custom campaign polygon drawn over it, and every home in the detail classified by its campaign state.A neighbourhood detail of the Maple West territory under route division N-04, drawn as a plan of streets and homes. The operating territory is bounded by a dashed measured envelope containing 120 homes in this detail. A custom campaign polygon is drawn over it, selecting 66 of those homes into the door-to-door campaign. Of the selected homes, 36 are recorded as visited and 4 as converted; the remaining homes sit inside the territory but outside the drawn campaign area.
