An appointment with a reason behind it

Schedule from the work the customer requested or purchased.

Orders retain the customer, property, services and payment context behind the sale. The office can schedule a one-time order, build eligible recurring work, create appointments and assign staff without rebuilding the purchase as a disconnected job.

Quote visits follow their own assessment workflow. The office schedules and assigns the visit with its request and property context, then follows the customer's quote decision into the appropriate next work.

The view that fits the planning decision

See today's assignments and the commitments ahead.

The dedicated Appointments experience gives the office day, week, month and staff-comparison views. Use the appropriate view when arranging new work or reviewing existing commitments.

Day

Review the appointments arranged for a business day and inspect the work staff have been assigned. Use the customer and service details when resolving a change.

Week

Consider the near-term schedule as a whole. Place new visits with visibility of the commitments already arranged across the week.

Month

Look further ahead at scheduled service. Keep future commitments visible when planning repeat work and upcoming customer visits.

Staff comparison

Review appointments in relation to assigned staff. Use the available calendar context when deciding who will receive the work.

Keep the local appointment time meaningful.

Scheduling follows the location's operating time zone. Ambiguous daylight-saving times are handled explicitly, keeping local business dates and customer appointment times connected to the right location.

Recurring service as real work

Make repeat commitments visible beyond a repeating date.

Create recurring appointment patterns for the ongoing services your business delivers. The resulting work retains the customer, property, order and service context needed to arrange and manage each visit.

The Service Schedule Operations Console presents generated schedules as operational records. Search and filter schedule work, inspect details and monitor status and completion.

That gives the office visibility into the actual service occurrences behind an ongoing agreement, alongside one-time appointments and assessment visits.
