Before departure

Prepare for the services on the assigned route.

Review the day's stops, customer and property details, service requirements and assigned quote visits before starting. Route sequence and map context help staff understand the work ahead.

For operations using consumables or treatments, the enabled Input Usage system connects scheduled services to preparation quantities. The requirements come from your configured catalog, service profiles and mix profiles.

Turn requirements into a prepared manifest.

Generate and review
Calculate required inputs from the scheduled work, generate the route manifest and review the quantities the crew needs.
Lock and prepare
Lock the manifest and use the relevant check, pick, load, package and mix actions. Preparation follows the operational units and profiles the business uses.
Carry the plan into the field
The prepared manifest remains available for the route workflow, giving staff a basis for recording what the property used and what returned.

Run the day from the assigned work.

Start, pause, resume and end the route in the staff workspace. Keep route state, navigation and stop context available as the team moves between properties.

Follow the route context

Review the sequence and supported map presentation, follow turn guidance and use voice-guidance controls where supported. Location updates are captured with the user's permission.

Compatible browsers can keep the route screen awake during active navigation. Mapping, voice, GPS and wake-lock behavior depend on the device and configured provider.

Handle the practical needs of the day

Supported nearby-resource search helps staff find gas, food and restrooms. Route controls let staff pause and continue the work with the operational state retained.

These tools stay alongside the assigned service work, reducing the need to assemble the day from separate customer lists and route notes.

Record the visit with its property and service context.

The active stop brings the customer, property and service into the field workflow. Staff can review service status, carry out the property workflow and preserve the activity behind completion.

Arrival, departure and operating time
Use supported geobox entry and exit detection or manual confirmation. Driving, on-site and hold timers distinguish travel from work and waiting; manual assistance supports timing corrections.
Inputs used, wasted and returned
Record field quantities against the property, service and route. Usage logs retain consumption, waste and returns for later inventory and cost review.
Hazards, incidents and field observations
Submit the appropriate field report and preserve its operational context. The office has a record to review when a condition changes the work or a customer needs follow-up.
Supported work during an interruption
Pending field activity can be retained when connectivity is interrupted, with synchronization status visible and supported actions synchronized when the connection returns.
Quote visits belong in the field day too

Move from the assessed property to a professional quote.

Staff can see assigned quote visits alongside route work, open the customer and property context, record the on-site visit, build and send a quote, and record the outcome.

The quote and customer decision stay connected to the commercial workflow. A manual-quote acceptance records the chosen option for office follow-up into the appropriate order, invoice and scheduling steps.

Close the route with a useful record

Bring activity, inputs and outcomes back to the operation.

Review the end-of-route state, enter an approved route-end zone when required and reconcile route activity and materials. The field record gives the office a basis for reviewing delivery and preparing what comes next.

Understand the time

Routing Metrics can review driving, on-site and hold time, route completion and stop outcomes by staff member, service, customer and business date.

Understand consumption and cost

Recorded input usage, waste and returns provide actual cost context. Route detail brings route, stop, input and financial views together, with coverage indicators identifying gaps.

Prepare the next operating decision

Use the retained activity for customer questions, support and performance review. Input requirements, remaining stock and future scheduled demand can inform replenishment planning.
