For operations using consumables or treatments, the enabled Input Usage system connects scheduled services to preparation quantities. The quantities follow the consumables, service requirements and mix recipes you have set up.

Lock the manifest and use the relevant check, pick, load, package and mix actions. Preparation uses your business's working units and service requirements.
Carry the plan into the field
The prepared manifest remains available for the route workflow, giving staff a basis for recording what the property used and what returned.

Compatible browsers can keep the route screen awake during active navigation. Maps, voice directions, location assistance and keeping the screen awake depend on the device and connected service.

Handle the practical needs of the day

Supported nearby-resource search helps staff find gas, food and restrooms. Route controls let staff pause and continue the work with the operational state retained.

These tools stay alongside the assigned service work, reducing the need to assemble the day from separate customer lists and route notes.

Record field quantities against the property, service and route. Usage logs retain consumption, waste and returns for later inventory and cost review.
Hazards, incidents and field observations
Submit the appropriate field report and preserve its operational context. The office has a record to review when a condition changes the work or a customer needs follow-up.
Supported work during an interruption
Supported field actions can be kept during a connection interruption. Staff can see what is waiting to send, and those actions are sent when the connection returns.
