Configured color, typography and surfaces create one identity across customer and operational recordsIllustrative brand configuration B-05 for Maple Services uses Google Sans Flex, the established orange accent, readable text colors and theme-aware surfaces. The typography specimen distinguishes heading, body and label hierarchy; small color samples identify the brand, text and surface roles. Customer context includes the 156 Canadian dollar surface-cleaning invoice I-302 for 72 Oak Street, shown paid. Separate operational context includes Alex in West with the September 22 patio-service visit O-335, scheduled from 13:00 to 14:00. Both examples share the same configured type and visual treatment while retaining their own record meanings. These are composed record and typography specimens, not browser or application-page screenshots. The illustration demonstrates supported presentation controls, not validation rules, access enforcement, automatic rollout or a guarantee of accessibility compliance. One identity in the work customers and staff see.MAPLE SERVICES / B-05AaGoogle Sans FlexHeadings, body and labelsService detailsA clear type hierarchy for the work.BrandTextSurfaceCUSTOMER / SERVICE + BILLING72 Oak StreetSurface cleaning$156one-time · CADPaid · invoice I-302OPERATIONS / ASSIGNED VISITWest · Alex22 September13:00–14:00Patio service · O-335ScheduledOne configured family of color, type and surfaces across distinct operating records. One identity across the work.MAPLE SERVICES / B-05Google Sans Flex · brand, text and surface colorsCUSTOMER72 Oak StreetSurface cleaning$156Paid · invoice I-302OPERATIONSWest · Alex22 September13:00–14:00Scheduled · O-335Consistent type and surfaces. A consistent foundation

Define how the system looks and communicates.

Brand settings shape both identity and understanding. Establish the colors and typography that make a primary action recognizable, a warning distinguishable and the information on a busy page easy to read.

The same foundation applies to the customer purchasing a service and the office managing the work behind it.

Brand and semantic colors
Configure primary and secondary colors alongside success, warning, error and information colors. Give important states a defined place in the visual language.
Surfaces and contrast
Control backgrounds, surfaces, text and borders. Review how those choices separate working areas and preserve readable information in context.
Typography and hierarchy
Set the application font family and relevant text sizes, weights and presentation. Build a clear relationship between headings, body copy and interface labels throughout the system.
The controls people actually use

Carry the brand into every decision and entry.

A customer choosing a service and an administrator editing a record both rely on clear controls. Configure the visual treatment of actions and inputs as a consistent component system.

Buttons and action states

Style primary, secondary, outline, text and danger actions. Control their relevant color, type, shape and border treatment, including disabled behavior and supported interaction states.

The visual hierarchy can distinguish the main task from a secondary choice while keeping the design recognizable across different workflows.

Forms and field states

Configure field backgrounds, borders, radii and text. Define the focus, error and disabled appearance so the control remains understandable while someone is entering information or correcting a problem.

Those details matter in service questions, customer account tasks and the operational forms used by staff and administrators.

Configured field and action appearances make focused, error and disabled states recognizableIllustrative isolated component specimens for brand B-05. A customer property-address field containing 72 Oak Street has the configured focused outline and a static text caret. A separate office billing-email specimen contains billing@ and shows an illustrative validation message, Enter a complete email address, with an error border and symbol. Below, Continue, Back, Remove and Save demonstrate primary, secondary, danger and disabled appearance using consistent typography and shape. They are not interactive page controls. The error message and disabled appearance are example visual states; branding configures their presentation, not the underlying validation, authorization or business rules. The brand includes the working states.Color, type, borders and shape across supported statesCustomer entryOffice correctionProperty addressBilling email72 Oak StreetFocused field · configured outlinebilling@!Enter a complete email address.ContinuePrimaryBackSecondaryRemoveDangerSaveDisabled appearanceShared presentation. The brand includes the states people encounter while doing the work, as well as the first screen they see.

Navigation, records and spatial hierarchy

Make complex working areas feel like one system.

Configure the sidebar and app-bar treatment alongside cards, tables and modals. Consistent surfaces help the office move between customer records, scheduling, invoice work and other enabled tools without a different visual identity at every step.

Control selected and highlighted states to make the current context clear. Spacing, borders, radii, shadows and transitions give the system a consistent rhythm as the amount and type of information changes.

Customer-facing experiences

Keep service selection, checkout and account tasks aligned with the business customers recognize. Supported service imagery can explain what is being sold within that same identity.

Staff and office experiences

Carry the visual foundation into administration and the supported field portals. Each audience has different tasks, while the company's design language remains consistent.

Approved imagery and icons

Reuse the assets that explain your services.

Manage supported custom icons and service imagery for use in the platform. Approved assets help customers recognize the services they are selecting and give administrators a consistent visual source to work from.

Combine those assets with the configured component system so an updated service offer fits the rest of the business's presentation.

Custom service images share a coherent visual treatment while explaining different selected work scopesThree illustrative maintained custom service assets share the same theme-aware palette, line treatment and typography. A-11 represents lawn care on a 60-by-100-foot property, selecting 4,800 square feet after excluding the 900-square-foot house, 200-square-foot driveway and 100-square-foot walk. A-12 represents surface cleaning with a selected 400-square-foot patio and 800-square-foot driveway, totalling 1,200 square feet while excluding the house. A-13 represents commercial floor care on a 50-by-60-foot footprint minus a 10-by-30-foot office, leaving 2,700 selected square feet. The independently scaled flat plans are imagery associated with their relevant services, not a built-in icon library, automatic measurement tool or generated application page. Review the result in context

Check the design before carrying it across the operation.

Use the standalone Branding Preview to inspect the configured component system in desktop and responsive presentations. Review common components together, including the surface hierarchy and states the design needs to communicate.

Maintain and reuse the configuration

Supported import and export lets your team work with the branding configuration as a reusable set of choices. The standalone preview also provides its own reset control for reviewing the available defaults.

Previewing a coherent set of settings helps the team assess the system as a whole, rather than making isolated visual changes without seeing their effect.

Choose how locations receive the brand.

Branding is a separately governed domain in multi-location operations. An authorized parent relationship can keep a location live-linked to shared settings, copy the starting configuration once or let it remain independent.

Supported policy controls and change previews help the organization manage updates while retaining the local decisions it intends to allow.
