Careers and Hiring is a plan-dependent capability.

The office creates a staff record while retaining the same person’s application and interview evidenceIllustrative applicant Alex Rivera, application A-204 for Field technician posting P-016. Alex reports three years of property-services experience, supplies résumé CV-204, describes site preparation and job reporting, answers posting questions and submits consent on August 20 after email verification. That experience is applicant-provided, not independently verified. Alex confirms the August 28 interview at 09:30, which is later recorded complete with office feedback about documenting site issues. On September 1 the office finalizes the hire, selects the eligible Employee role at West and creates staff E-037. Application A-204, interview feedback and the hiring decision remain linked to the same person. Positions and job postings

Define the role. Control when and how you recruit.

Maintain positions separately from their public postings. Your business can keep a reusable role definition while controlling each hiring opportunity's availability, questions and application window.

Build the position

Create, edit or duplicate a position, control its active status and delete eligible records. Define the title, department, description and hourly or annual pay range.

Employment type
Full-time, part-time, contract, seasonal or internship.
Work mode
On-site, remote, hybrid or field work.

Recruit for field delivery, office administration, sales or management using the role details appropriate to your business.

Manage the public posting

Create a posting from a position and work with draft, published, paused, expired and filled states. Set an expiry date, application limit and custom questions.

Control public availability, view the applicants for that posting, and close it with the reason preserved. The office can distinguish a maintained position from a current recruitment campaign.

The branded candidate experience

Give applicants a complete way to introduce themselves.

Candidates browse current postings, search roles and filter by department. Job details explain responsibilities, requirements, preferred qualifications, benefits and the posting's application questions.

A submitted application retains candidate-provided experience, documents, answers and consentIllustrative application A-204 from Alex Rivera for Field technician posting P-016, submitted August 20 after email-code verification. The applicant supplies London, Ontario, a possible September 1 start date and an expected 26 Canadian dollars per hour; these are candidate-provided example values, not a job offer or pay recommendation. Alex reports three years of property-services experience, uploads résumé CV-204 and supplies a cover letter. Posting question Q-01 asks how access issues are recorded. The retained answer describes recording the property, explaining what happened and leaving a clear office note. Alex provides site preparation, service reporting and customer communication skills, reviews the application and accepts consent before submission. Email verification does not verify identity, background, experience or qualifications. The person behind application A-204.Alex Rivera · Field technician / P-016EMAIL VERIFIEDSubmitted 20 AugustApplicant profileLondon, OntarioAvailable 1 September 2026Expected pay: CAD $26 / hourExperience and material3 years · property servicesRésumé CV-204 uploadedCover letter suppliedPOSTING QUESTION Q-01How do you record access issues?“I record the property, explain what happenedand leave a clear note for the office.”SKILLS PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANTSite preparation · service reporting · customer communicationReviewed + consent accepted · application submitted
  1. Verify their email

The applicant enters an email address, receives a verification code and submits that code before continuing.

  2. Complete the application

Collect profile and contact information, a US or Canadian address, experience, pay expectations, potential start date, professional links and referral information.

Applicants add skills, qualifications, a cover letter and notes, upload a resume and answer the posting's custom questions.

  3. Review and consent

The candidate reviews the completed application, accepts the required consent and submits it. They receive an application number and access code for the next part of the process.

Hiring administration

Work from the application and the evidence behind it.

Search and filter the application queue and use supported bulk actions. Open the applicant's profile, contact information, resume, cover letter, notes, skills, qualifications and custom-question answers.

Shortlist an applicant, schedule an interview, accept and finalize a hire, or reject through an accountable workflow. The team can make the decision with the candidate's submitted information available.

Interview coordination

Keep scheduling, candidate responses and outcomes together.

Schedule phone, video, in-person, panel, technical or final interviews. Work in the correct location time zone and disambiguate daylight-saving-time conflicts when arranging the appointment.

An office-approved interview change retains the request, local time and candidate confirmationA later illustrative checkpoint for Morgan Lee, application A-219 and reschedule request R-07. The original interview was Friday September 11, 2026 from 10:00 to 10:30. Morgan requested Monday September 14 from 11:00 to 11:30. At this later stage, the office has approved the request on September 10 at 15:20, and Morgan confirmed the new appointment at 15:35. Interview IV-219 is now scheduled as a thirty-minute video interview on September 14 at 11:00 in the example West location time zone, America/Toronto, EDT or UTC minus four hours. The request and office decision remain recorded. Candidate confirmation does not mean attendance, completion or hiring. Give the candidate a way to respond

Through protected application-status access, candidates review their current stage, timeline and interview information. They can confirm attendance, request a reschedule and cancel when permitted.

Keep the office in control of changes

Staff can reschedule an interview and approve or reject the candidate's request for a new time. The appointment and response remain part of the hiring workflow.

Record what happened

Mark the interview complete, record a rating and feedback, mark a no-show or cancel the appointment. The next hiring decision can refer to the recorded outcome.

From applicant to staff

Carry the successful person into the operation.

Finalize an accepted applicant into an employee record. Choose an eligible role, such as employee, field sales or manager, within the role and feature-policy restrictions of the deployment.

The hiring history stays connected to the person as the office creates their staff record. Your business can move from the recruitment decision into the access and work responsibilities that belong to that role.
