Sales attribution & performance

Keep the person behind the sale connected.

When outreach interest becomes a customer and pending order, OrdexisOne preserves the selling representative's attribution. Keep that sale with the campaign, property and location where it began.

The business can review documented campaign activity and the operational result of customer work. Give managers evidence for contribution and performance discussions, with the original sales context still available.

From the conversation into commerce

Retain the representative when the opportunity becomes an order.

An interested homeowner can select displayed services and, where enabled, packages or contracts through the outreach sales flow. The representative reviews the displayed totals and captures the customer's name and email, with optional phone details.

The system creates the customer at the campaign's location and a pending order for invoice-later follow-up. The selling representative's attribution stays with that conversion, and the representative can return to the campaign map.

The office continues with the appropriate invoice, schedule and fulfillment work. An attributed pending order records the sales handoff; payment and service delivery have their own operating records.

An outreach conversion retains the selling representative, campaign, customer and pending orderIllustrative Maple West campaign C-24 covers 2,416 properties. The detailed flat neighborhood excerpt preserves the accepted two-geobox selection geometry and distinguishes not-visited, visited, interested and order records. At 48 Cedar Avenue, the conversion retains created customer Maya Chen, C-052, and pending invoice-later order O-249. Alex Rivera, U-037, remains identified as the selling representative on that order. The office still needs to continue the invoice, schedule and fulfillment workflow. The small map is an excerpt, not a count of all campaign properties. Review the work behind the result

See more than a conversion total.

Campaign runs preserve property-level activity, including supported entry and exit, time at the door, notes and standardized outcomes. Managers can review the effort and the response across the territory.

Visits and engagement
Review the properties worked, time at the door and campaign counts for total, visited, converted and pending properties.
The outcome at the door
Retain distinctions such as not home, no answer, refused, a door hanger left, a callback requested or converted interest.
The next action
Use the recorded outcome and notes when reviewing what should happen next, with the campaign and property still providing context.

Location-dependent outreach actions use the supported browser workflow and device permissions.

Sales attribution, field delivery, customer payment and recorded costs remain distinct evidenceA later illustrative operating checkpoint for Maya Chen at 48 Cedar Avenue after the pending outreach handoff. Alex Rivera, U-037, remains the selling representative for campaign C-24 and order O-249. The office separately arranged field assignment W-249 for Crew B on September 30, 2026. The shown stop segment records driving from 09:54 to 10:02, four minutes hold and thirty-eight minutes on site, ending at 10:44: fifty minutes total, forty-two at the property. FR-249 records the completed grounds-service visit with a 64 Canadian dollar service amount. Invoice I-249 separately records 64 dollars charged and customer payment P-249 separately records 64 dollars paid. Recorded input costs are 9.60 dollars and asset costs 4.40 dollars, totalling 14; cost coverage is incomplete, so a complete profit figure is unavailable. Review the operating result

Put the sale alongside the business performance.

Financial Tracking provides employee, customer and service performance views, with filters for reporting period, input, invoice status and payment status. Review revenue and costs with the operational records that produced them.

Routing Metrics adds the field perspective: route and stop activity, travel and property time, completion, input usage and actual cost. Coverage indicators help the business recognize where timing or cost information is incomplete.

Representative attribution answers who brought the customer into the sales flow. Operating reports help explain the work delivered afterward. Keep both kinds of evidence available when reviewing contribution.
