A qualified request

Collect enough context to arrange the right visit.

Public and existing customers can request an in-person quote. The guided flow captures the verified address, serving location, contact details and requested work before submitting it for office scheduling.

The customer reviews the request and receives an access code with a status path. Work needing an assessment enters a defined queue, even when it began as an exception to an online price.

The estimator's field workspace

Build from what was found on site.

Assigned quote visits appear alongside route work in the staff workspace. The estimator opens the property and customer context, records the visit and can build and send the quote through the supported field workflow.

Scope notes, measurement information and line-item breakdowns give the proposed price a practical basis. The field workflow retains the outcome with the customer and visit, reducing the need to recreate the assessment back at the office.

Give the customer a useful review path.

They can accept or decline individual options and add a response note. That decision remains part of the quote history.

A recorded decision, an accountable next step

Carry accepted work into fulfillment.

Accepting a manual quote records the customer's selected option and prompts office follow-up. Your office reviews the response and arranges scheduling or continues into the appropriate order and invoice workflow.

The customer and property context stay available as appointments are created and staff assigned. The operation has the selected scope to work from when preparing delivery.
