Different roles share the context of the same service operationAt September 30, Maya Chen, customer C-052 at 48 Cedar Avenue, has invoice I-249 paid at 64 Canadian dollars with zero balance. Outreach representative Alex Rivera remains the attributed seller on campaign C-24 order O-249. Crew B completed field record FR-249 at 10:44. Authorized office review connects the order, invoice and field history. These are distinct role responsibilities, not a claim that every person has the same access. Designed around the assigned day

Put the next action beside the work that needs it.

The staff portal opens with the signed-in person's operational context: assigned jobs, quote visits, routes, time workflows and relevant performance information.

Prepare and reach the property

Open assigned stops with customer, property and service details. Review the route sequence and supported map guidance. Where Input Usage is enabled, use the manifest and preparation actions for the materials and mixtures the scheduled services require.

Record the visit while it happens

Use route and property timing, arrival and departure confirmation, service status and completion. Record inputs used, wasted or returned, and submit accident, hazard or general reports with the relevant field context.

Handle more than the service stop

Work through assigned quote visits and supported quote outcomes. Clock in, record breaks, review time history, request time off and use internal support where enabled. Staff profile and account security controls stay within the same portal.

Buying and account access

The people buying your services get their own experience.

Customers can act on their account

The public buying journey qualifies the property and presents eligible services, pricing and purchase or quote paths. Signed-in customers can review upcoming work, services, invoices, payments and quote activity.

Supported rescheduling, reorder, renewal, address and account actions give customers a practical way to manage the relationship. The available action follows the service, account and business rules you have configured.

Representatives can sell at the door

The outreach portal gives representatives their assigned campaign and property context in a phone-browser field workflow. Geographic campaigns can cover thousands of homes, with field activity tied to the campaign and representative.

Supported sales go through the engine with the property, customer and order context connected. The person speaking to the customer works within the same configured service and pricing operation.

Responsive administration

Stay connected to the office decisions.

Major operational areas have dedicated or responsive administration layouts, giving authorized people access to key work on supported screens.

Roles, permissions and location scope continue to govern access. A smaller screen does not change who is allowed to see or manage the underlying records.

Customer and commercial work

Supported administration includes users, orders, invoices, quote visits, manual quotes, quote tracking and support. Keep the customer record available when a decision needs office attention.

The scheduled operation

Appointments and service schedules provide the calendar and occurrence context for assigned work. Other operational areas also have responsive treatment, with availability varying by route and workflow.

Choose the supported screen and workflow for the task. Complex administration and configuration can still call for a larger workspace.

An app-like experience through the browser

Keep the brand consistent. Make device requirements clear.

Your branded environment brings the supported portals together. Customers and staff use the entry point appropriate to their role, with the business identity carried through the experience.

Supported field continuity

Designated field actions preserve pending activity when connectivity is interrupted. The field workflow shows synchronization status and sends supported pending work when the connection returns.

Connectivity behavior depends on the action. Staff should use the visible route and synchronization state when confirming that work has reached the operating record.

Capabilities of the current device

Location updates, mapping, voice guidance and wake-lock behavior depend on browser support, permissions and the configured providers. Staff use the available controls in the active browser session.

This is a browser-based PWA for supported devices and workflows. Plan-enabled features remain governed by your business configuration and the user's access.
