Supported ways to receive payment

Let payment happen in the customer workflow.

The customer can pay while completing an eligible purchase or return to an invoice in the account. The configured method and financial record remain part of the service relationship.

At online checkout

Configured Stripe checkout creates the payment transaction for the selected services. Customers can use an eligible saved method or enter payment details, with optional saving for future use.

The buying session brings account information, terms and the required single-contract signing path together before completed checkout creates the order.

From a customer invoice

The customer reviews invoice charges, totals, the PDF and payment history, then uses the supported card or e-transfer path configured for the business.

Invoice access stays alongside the service and account context, giving the customer a clear place to return when reviewing what has been paid.

Automatic e-transfer reconciliation

Let matching payments reconcile themselves.

The reconciliation system scans the configured payment mailbox and automatically reconciles payments when all configured security measures match. The transfer is associated with the relevant invoice or customer context.

Only security mismatches go to office review. The finance team can focus on exceptions while retaining the payment notification and financial record needed to investigate.

Office payment operations

The invoice explains the financial record.

The invoice center lets the office search and filter billing records, review totals and state and open the detail behind a payment. Line items, customer and order context make the amount understandable.

Review payment history and the invoice lifecycle, retrieve the PDF and record supported payment actions. Applicable invoice-detail editing keeps the office's changes inside the connected billing record.

Keep recurring billing deliberate.

Invoice policy controls timing, lifecycle and recurring billing behavior. Configured grace and suspension rules, policy simulation, scheduler settings and engine logs support the operation that generates the bills.

Customers can review relevant service and invoice history in the portal. For configured contract cancellations, applicable early-termination fees are shown for confirmation and paid through the supported flow.
