Website and product information

Privacy &
data handling.

Understand which information relates to this marketing website, a public tool or the business operating your service account.

This page explains the website's current features and the data-handling context of OrdexisOne deployments. For a purchased system, consult the applicable order and service documents for the responsibilities and terms that apply.

The page you are visiting

This marketing website

The main website explains OrdexisOne's capabilities, industries, commercial model and available next steps. Reading a product page is separate from signing in to a service business's deployed customer account.

The site includes navigation, light and dark presentation choices, links to public tools and a link to the ordering application. Contact and support information directs visitors to the relevant purchasing or existing-customer path.

Website activity and service-account activity have different contexts.

The customer sign-ins and invoice-view records described below belong to supported workflows inside an operated system. They should be understood in the context of that business and account.

Presentation preferences

Light or dark theme
When you select a theme, the website saves that choice in your browser's local storage so it can apply on later visits. Without a saved choice, it uses your device's light or dark preference where available.
Dismissed order prompt
On pages that show a dismissible order prompt, closing it can save that dismissal in local storage so the prompt stays closed in that browser.

You can change the theme using the website's theme control. Your browser's website-data controls can remove stored preferences; a later visit then uses the default or device preference again.

Who is responsible

Who controls this website’s data

This website is operated by Verdexis Solutions Inc., a company registered in Saskatchewan, Canada, which is the controller of personal information collected through it. OrdexisOne is a product sold through Verdexis Core, the company’s provisioning engine.

Privacy questions, access requests and any concern about how this site handles your information can be sent to hello@ordexis.one. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with your national supervisory authority.

Cookies and tracking

What loads, and only with your permission

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookie until you allow it. On your first visit a notice appears at the bottom of the page offering Accept all, Reject all and Choose categories, with refusing offered as prominently as agreeing.

Strictly necessary
Required to serve and secure the site: hosting and load balancing, your light or dark theme, and the record of this cookie choice itself. These are always active because the site cannot run without them, and they are not used to build a profile of you.
Analytics
Off unless you turn it on. Measures how the site is used — pages viewed and where visitors arrive from — so it can be improved. When enabled this may include a self-hosted Umami instance and Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation.
Marketing and advertising
Off unless you turn it on. Measures campaigns and supports relevant advertising, which can involve sharing limited data with advertising partners such as Google and Meta. This is the “sell or share” choice described under California law, and you can decline it without losing any part of the site.

Your choice is stored on this device with the date and the policy version it was given against, so a later change to this policy can ask you again rather than assume your earlier answer still applies. Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site treats it as a refusal of the optional categories.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of any page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. Trackers are only ever loaded after the matching category is allowed; declining leaves the website fully usable.

Rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, or to opt out of the sharing described above, email hello@ordexis.one. Requests relating to a service business's customer account are handled by that business, as described below.

Services your browser contacts

External fonts, icons and page resources

The shared page design requests typography from Google Fonts and icon resources from Font Awesome. Loading these resources connects your browser to the relevant provider as part of displaying the page.

These external resource requests are separate from the theme preference stored in your browser. The providers publish information about their own handling of requests and data:

The public property tool also uses external mapping and software resources, described in the next section.

Public tools have their own inputs

Property searches, measurements and quote documents

The public property-measurement tool uses address-search and mapping services. Address searches are sent to Nominatim, an OpenStreetMap search service. Map and imagery requests use Google and Esri resources, and the tool loads supporting libraries from external content-delivery services.

Searching an address and viewing a map therefore involve external requests. They are part of the tool's operation in addition to the calculations and drawing controls in the page.

If you use the quote-document workflow, the business and customer details, logo, line items and measurements you enter are used to build the preview and downloadable document. The resulting document contains the information you choose to include.

Moving into a purchase

The ordering application is a separate destination.

The website's Order Now links open the OrdexisOne purchasing application. Information entered during that ordering process belongs to that application and its purchase workflow.

Review the information requested and the applicable terms presented there before submitting an order. A visit to this marketing website does not itself establish the data-processing, retention or support arrangements for a purchased deployment.

The business operating your account

Customer-specific deployments

OrdexisOne provides a dedicated, configurable operating environment for a service business. The deployed system connects the customer and property with the services, orders, appointments, invoices and support workflows used by that business.

Depending on the enabled workflow, records can include customer identity and contact information, service addresses, purchased services, billing and payment activity, support conversations and staff information.

Roles, permissions and location scope govern the work users can access. Customers can manage supported profile, security, address and communication settings through the available account controls.

For a particular deployment, use its applicable documents and authorized business contact to understand data-handling responsibilities, retention, deletion and support arrangements. The configuration and terms of that system provide the relevant context.

Operational visibility

Recorded activity and customer interactions

Activity Logs provides authorized administrators with searchable operational and system history. Recorded event detail can include the actor, user, action, affected entity, location, description and supporting metadata, with old and new values where recorded.

Supported customer activity includes recorded sign-ins and invoice views, including views of overdue invoices. This gives the office account and invoice context when investigating activity or following up on an outstanding balance.

The activity history is read-only. Access to the records and supporting detail is subject to the applicable permissions, retention and data-redaction policy.

Account and privacy requests

If your business purchased an OrdexisOne environment, use the support arrangements or authorized company contact identified in your order or deployment documentation.

If you are a customer of a service business using OrdexisOne, contact that business through its website, booking or invoice details, or branded customer account. Where its customer support is enabled, the portal keeps the conversation with that company's team.

Include enough context to identify the account or matter you are asking about. Passwords, authentication codes and provider credentials are not needed to describe a privacy or account question.

The Contact page explains the existing-customer support and ordering paths. The applicable deployment documents remain the reference for the responsibilities and commitments associated with your system.
