Three commercial sites of one customer at a single drawing scale, each with its own marked work area and its own service record.Three office sites belonging to one customer account, drawn in flat plan at one shared scale of thirty units to the metre. Suite 300 at 83 Park Court is an open office of 13.2 by 5.33 metres with a meeting room, a kitchenette and three cabled desk positions on a 4.8 metre run whose containment tray returns to a floor cabinet; it is recorded as an open office with three desks on a recurring agreement. Unit 4 at 18 Ash Road is 12.4 by 5.33 metres with a 3.6 metre reception counter, two desks already in place and the single 1.6 metre position this reported visit worked on and re-cabled, recorded as a reception with three desks on a one-time visit with an open ticket. Floor 2 at 72 Oak Street is 13.2 by 5.33 metres with a single-desk side office and a 3.6 metre boardroom table for eight served by two floor positions, recorded as a meeting floor with eight seats against quote O-241 awaiting the customer decision. The dashed accent outlines mark the work recorded at each address, the cabinet, tray and drop lines are the physical containment and cabling inside each room, and no site is linked to another by any drawn connection. Suite, unit and floor labels are placeholders and all quantities are illustrative.IT SERVICES / THE CUSTOMER SITESThree addresses, one account, and the work recorded at each site.ACCOUNT A-118 · ONE CUSTOMER · THREE COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES · ONE DRAWING SCALE01 · 83 PARK COURT · SUITE 30002 · 18 ASH ROAD · UNIT 403 · 72 OAK STREET · FLOOR 24.8 m3.6 m1.6 m3.6 mRECORDED AT THIS SITEOpen office · 3 desksRECORDED AT THIS SITEReception · 3 desksRECORDED AT THIS SITEMeeting floor · 8 seatsRecurring agreementOne-time visit · ticket openQuote O-241 · awaiting decisionIllustrative commercial sites · suite, unit and floor labels are placeholders · one account carries every addressIT SERVICES · CUSTOMER SITESOne account, three sites. Each site keeps its own record.01 · 83 PARK COURT3 desks · open officeRecurring agreement02 · 18 ASH ROADUnit 4 · receptionOne-time · ticket open03 · 72 OAK STREETFloor 2 · 8 seatsQuote O-241 openIllustrative sites · one account carries every address

Keep the commercial relationship and the work at each site connected.

A clear commercial decision

Give each kind of work an appropriate buying path.

A defined on-site service and a wider office installation require different levels of qualification. Configure the offer around what your team can actually price and deliver.

Sell defined services under your brand

Use service forms, quantities and conditional questions to collect site access, the requested task and the relevant scope. Apply supported fixed, hourly, unit or recurring models and the pricing conditions your offer requires.

Eligible services can proceed through branded checkout with applicable terms, the configured agreement and signature, and payment through a connected provider.

Present a project as a choice

For an office setup, additional site work or another scope needing assessment, arrange a quote visit and prepare a manual quote. Add the services and custom work, line-item breakdown, notes, timing and expiry.

Separate options can explain different scopes within one customer-facing packet. Customers can download the PDF, accept or decline an option and add a response note.

The accepted choice remains connected to the quote. The office then follows up with the appointment and appropriate order or invoice.

One office floor plate drawn twice at the same scale so the two quoted options can be compared, with the customer decision recorded against quote O-241.The same 28.8 by 6.0 metre office floor plate at 83 Park Court, Suite 300, drawn twice at forty units to the metre so both options of quote O-241 can be compared directly. Each drawing shows a comms room of 3.8 by 6.0 metres at the left, twenty desk positions of 1.6 by 0.8 metres standing on two containment rows of 16.0 metres, and a boardroom of 6.4 by 6.0 metres with a 3.6 by 1.4 metre table for eight at the right. Option A is the workspace fit-out alone: the containment and its drops to both rows and the floor box at the existing service point, with the comms room left as it is. Option B adds the comms room fitted with four cabinets and the 17.9 metre backbone that runs from the room out to both rows. The dashed accent outlines mark what each option includes: the two desk rows in both cases, and the comms room as well in Option B. The customer declined Option A on 14 April with a response note recorded and accepted Option B on 16 April, and that accepted choice stays connected to the quote, which then leads to the quote visit and to the appointment and the order or invoice. On-site delivery

Schedule the visit with the account context attached.

The appointment should identify who needs help, where the work is happening and what service has been agreed. Keep those details available from the office calendar to the technician's assigned stop.

Place and assign the work

Create one-time appointments or recurring patterns for planned site visits. Day, week, month and staff-comparison views let the office review commitments, assign staff and make permitted scheduling changes.

The location's operating time zone keeps local dates and appointment times meaningful.

Work from a connected field record

Technicians open assigned stops with customer, property and service details in the staff PWA. Record drive, on-site and hold time, service activity and general field reports as the visit progresses.

Route and location-assisted behaviors depend on device permissions, browser support and configuration.

Keep additional work visible to the office

A reported issue or a request for a wider service can receive its own quote and appointment. Preserve the existing customer relationship while making the new scope and customer decision explicit.

Knowledge and responsibility

Give people useful guidance for their role.

Maintain your operating instructions and customer guidance in the documentation system. Articles can target staff, customers or administrators, with searchable sections and contextual help connected to the relevant application page.

Use article versions, review deadlines and the draft-to-publish workflow to keep guidance maintained. Search and feedback information help identify content that needs attention.

Beneath it, three maintained articles are each drawn on the same twelve-month review rail from January to December: the desk position guide for customers, version 3, reviewed 12 January and next reviewed 12 July, published; the cabling and termination procedure for staff, version 7, reviewed 4 February and next reviewed 4 August, published; and account access and permissions for administrators, version 2, reviewed 18 March with a review due 30 June, still in draft. Ongoing service

Keep the agreement active in the operation.

A recurring agreement needs more than a stored document. Connect its configured services, duration and billing terms to the schedules, invoices and customer account used to deliver the relationship.

Explore service agreements →

Define the commercial terms

Configure the included services, duration, renewal and cancellation terms for the enabled contract model. Use the contract tools to present the applicable agreement in the supported customer flow.

Run billing with a visible policy

Set invoice timing and recurring cadence, review policy simulations and inspect scheduler outcomes. Invoice history and payment status help the office distinguish the ongoing agreement from separately approved work.

Supported e-transfers reconcile automatically when every configured security check matches. Only security mismatches require office review, with the notification and invoice context retained.

Give the customer account access

Customers can review upcoming services, invoices, payments and quote visits, and use permitted account and rescheduling actions. Support conversations remain available between on-site visits.
