Easy Quote and dynamic forms

Build a relevant conversation around each service.

Different work needs different information. Configure an eligible service's guided quote experience using questions, groups and answer connections that fit the job.

Structure the information.

Use the supported field and answer types to collect the required service details. Arrange questions in a useful order and group related information so the customer can describe the job with context.

For example, the important detail might be the condition of a surface, the extent of the requested work or a property access constraint. The questions should reflect your service definition.

Connect relevant follow-ups.
Link answers to subsequent questions. Conditional paths can reveal or skip follow-ups, keeping the experience focused on the customer's answers.
Preview the experience.
Review the configured customer form behavior and the path through the questions before relying on it for qualification.
Attach it to the service.
Assign the guided result to an eligible service. The service's configured pricing and form model determines the customer path.

Reusable service conditions

Make an answer matter to the estimate.

Some job conditions change eligibility, add work or affect the price. Define those rules once and apply them to the services that need them.

Create reusable property or job conditions, write the questions and answer choices, and assign them to the relevant services. Configured answers can apply price effects such as a fee or modifier during quote qualification.

Conditional connections keep related questions together. A customer sees the follow-up that matters to their answer, while the business applies the same configured logic to each relevant quote.

The right input for the service

A question is one way to describe the work. A measurement is another.

OrdexisOne supports multiple qualification paths. Your service configuration controls whether customers measure an area, enter an allowed manual measurement, follow an Easy Quote wizard or complete a dynamic service form.

Capture an actual service area.

For configured area-based services, customers can draw on a satellite map or use the paint and brush tools. They can undo, clear and refine their selection, with square footage recorded by service or category.

Keep the method relevant.

A measurement supplies quantity; service answers describe the conditions around it. The selected pricing and form model determines which inputs the customer needs to provide for that service.
