Territory Outreach

Select thousands of homes. Sell at the door.

Turn a service territory into a structured door-to-door campaign. Build the property list with geographic boxes and boundaries, equip representatives to record each visit and sell directly through the commerce engine with the campaign and representative attached.

Start with the operating geography

Choose the territory, then define the streets to work.

Open the authorized operating map and use search, navigation and geographic filters to find the area. Choose a boundary, route or boundary group from the same geographic context used by the service business.

Review the selected territory and existing campaigns before building the next campaign. The starting point is an explicit service opportunity your organization can plan around.

Explore Geography and Service Areas →

Work the whole boundary

Use the full selected area when the campaign should cover that territory. Keep the location and geographic source attached to the campaign instead of maintaining an unrelated address list.

Draw an exact campaign area

Create a custom polygon for a particular neighborhood or group of streets. Add, move and delete points, close the polygon and edit the shape. Undo or clear the drawing when refining the area.

Match the opportunity to the service

A campaign can support the services your company offers across its configured industries. The geographic selection defines where representatives will work; the available offers define what they can sell.

From selected area to workable properties

Build the campaign without assembling every address by hand.

Process the selected geography into candidate addresses and property geoboxes. Large areas are handled in batches, with campaign-size estimates and processing progress available while the property set is built.

Review the generated property set

Follow the estimated completion, retry failed processing and save the campaign results. Review the resulting properties before asking the field team to work the area.

The generated set gives the campaign a defined collection of homes, with geographic information that supports the activity recorded at each door.

Refine the approach point
Adjust the front-door or approach location to reflect how a representative reaches the property. Better alignment makes the property context more useful during the campaign.
Correct the property shape
Adjust dimensions, bearing and position. Create or refine a custom polygon when the generated shape needs to match the actual property more closely.
Preview and save the refinement
Preview changes, reset a property when needed and save the tuned geobox information. Suitable changes can also be applied across the campaign.
The campaign in the field

Know what happened at each door.

Representatives use the dedicated branded Outreach portal to start and stop campaign runs. With location permission, the supported field workflow can detect or confirm property entry and exit and track time at the door.

Mark a property as knocked, add notes and record the outcome while the conversation is still current. The campaign retains the property, activity and response together.

Give the next action a clear basis.

No contact made
Record Not home or No answer, rather than leaving an unvisited-looking property without explanation.
A response to the approach
Record Refused or Left door hanger with the relevant notes, retaining what happened at that address.
A conversation to continue
Record Callback requested when the homeowner wants follow-up. The property and campaign context remain available with the outcome.
A sales result
Record Converted and retain the representative's attribution as interest becomes the customer and order relationship.

Review total, visited, converted and pending counts to understand the campaign's progress.

Sell directly through the engine

Turn the doorstep conversation into an attributed order.

When a homeowner is interested, the representative selects the displayed services and, where enabled, packages or contracts. The sale stays in the configured commerce workflow used by the business.

Review the selected offers

Separate one-time, recurring, package and contract totals make the selection understandable. The outreach view totals the displayed catalog amounts, giving the representative the commercial context for the offers selected.

Services requiring a fuller property assessment can continue through the appropriate quote and office workflow.

Create the customer and order

Capture the customer's name and email, with an optional phone number. The workflow creates the customer at the campaign's location and an attributed pending order for invoice-later follow-up.

After order creation, the representative can return to the campaign map and continue working the selected properties.

Give the office a connected handoff

The office receives the customer and pending order with the selling representative's attribution. It can continue with the appropriate invoicing, scheduling and fulfillment steps using that connected sales context.

The order's pending status makes the remaining office work clear.

Effort, outcome and customer context

Keep the source of the sale when the work reaches the office.

The campaign and representative remain attached to the sales activity and resulting customer/order context. Property visit outcomes and time-at-door records provide a basis for reviewing the effort behind those opportunities.

The business can connect the field-sales channel to the service relationship that follows, rather than asking representatives to reconstruct each conversation at the end of a run.

Review the campaign's working progress

Use the recorded visited, pending and converted counts together with individual property outcomes. Notes help the office understand whether the next step is a callback, a sales follow-up or no further action from the recorded visit.

Retain the customer relationship

The new customer belongs to the campaign's operating location. Subsequent orders, invoices, service and support use that established identity and property context.

Give representatives the relevant access

The branded portal can be limited to authorized field-sales roles. Map access, campaign processing and location-assisted behavior follow the relevant service configuration and device permissions.

Make territory outreach part of the business you already run.

Build campaigns from operating geography, sell your configured offers and retain the field-sales source through the resulting customer and order. The feature supports your service catalog across the industries your operation serves.

Outreach is plan-dependent. Property processing requires configured map and address services; GPS uses supported browsers, secure context and permission.
