Three pickup scopes at one scale: an item, a counted quantity and a mixed clear-out take different buying paths.Three junk-removal pickup scopes drawn at one shared scale on a common ground line. A single bulky sofa measuring 1.9 metres is one defined item sold at a configured fixed price as an online order. A counted pickup of four items — a 1.7 metre fridge, a washer and two boxed items — is priced by the configured unit rule and is also sold online. A mixed clear-out of roughly twelve cubic metres cannot have its contents listed in advance, so its price follows an on-site assessment and a quote visit. Item counts, dimensions and volumes are illustrative service measurements, and all three groups share one drawing scale.JUNK REMOVAL / WHAT IS BEING COLLECTEDWhat is being collected decides how it is sold.01ONE DEFINED ITEM1 itemone bulky sofa1.9 mOne item, described up front.Configured fixed price · conditions applySold online · order created02A COUNTED QUANTITY4 itemsfridge · washer2 boxed items1.7 mA counted quantity, priced by unit.Configured unit price × 4 itemsSold online · order created03A MIXED CLEAR-OUT≈ 12 m³contents not itemisedContents cannot be listed in advance.Priced after an on-site assessmentQuote visit · scope assessedIllustrative pickup scopes · dimensions and volumes are service measurements · one scale across the three groupsJUNK REMOVAL · PICKUP SCOPESScope decides how it is sold.01 · DEFINED ITEM1 itemone bulky sofaSold online · order created02 · COUNTED QUANTITY4 itemsfridge, washer, boxesSold online · order created03 · MIXED CLEAR-OUT≈ 12 m³contents not itemisedQuote visit · assessed
The request needs a defined scope

Know what is being collected before you send the crew.

An item pickup and a full clear-out need different information. Use service-specific forms and conditional questions to collect the details that affect price, preparation and whether the job needs an inspection.

The customer and property stay connected to that request. The office can review the work being asked for instead of starting again with an address and an appointment time.

One property in section: items staged at the collection point at grade, and items an upper-floor room forces the crew to carry out.A section through one junk-removal property. Furniture staged at a marked collection point on the driveway is accessible at grade with nothing to carry beyond it. The same property has items in an upper-floor room that must be carried down fourteen steps, through the ground-floor doorway and twelve metres across the driveway to the collection point, shown as a dashed route. The request records where the items are, that stairs and restricted access are involved, and the property conditions, so the office can review the work before sending the crew. A configured service condition can contribute a fee or price modifier only when the business rules call for it. Items and quantity
Configure the pickup services you offer and ask what needs to be removed. Collect item counts, material descriptions and the volume context needed for your quoting policy. Keep a larger mixed clear-out distinguishable from a defined single-item service.
Access and handling conditions
Ask where the items are located, whether stairs or restricted access are involved, and which property conditions require attention. Supported service conditions can contribute fees or price modifiers when your rules call for them.
Coverage and serving location
Qualify the address against your service boundaries. Retain the property and serving-location context, with geographic pricing rules where configured, before the office arranges the pickup.
Work that needs a closer look
Use the quote-request path when the work cannot be responsibly defined from the configured offer. An office-scheduled assessment gives the business a place to establish scope and price before arranging the removal.
The offer follows the scope

Make the right pickup easy to buy.

Your catalog can serve defined residential pickups while the quote workflow handles jobs that need a human estimate. Both use the same customer and property context.

A defined pickup

Configured online offer

Set up supported fixed or unit-based services with descriptions, quantities and minimum charges. Use the service units and price rules that represent your offer, with conditions and add-ons for the additional work you sell.

Customers choose the eligible service, answer the required questions and review the configured price. Branded checkout collects account details, required terms and agreements, and payment through the connected provider. The resulting order retains the scope for office scheduling and fulfillment.

Quote visit and customer decision

Capture the request and schedule a quote visit with the property and access details. Prepare a manual quote or option packet with line items, scope notes, terms and expiry. Alternatives can present different amounts of work for the customer to consider.

The customer reviews the issued quote and records their decision. The office follows up on the selected option with the appropriate appointment, order or invoice steps, keeping the chosen scope available for the removal crew.

The assigned pickup stop: the agreed four-item scope, the property being worked and the recorded work time.An assigned junk-removal stop for 47 Elm Court on Tuesday 17 September between 08:30 and 10:00, stop 02 of 4. The agreed scope is four items at the configured unit price — a 1.7 metre fridge, a washer and two boxed items — with access recorded as a garage at the collection point and no stairs, assigned to Alex Rivera U-037 and Sam U-412. The property drawing shows the garage and the items staged at a marked collection point on the driveway. The stop sits in its working day beside 18 Ash Road at 08:00, 26 Birch Street at 10:15 and 72 Oak Street at 13:00, and the work is recorded as 12 minutes driving, 44 minutes on site and no hold time. Keep the field record useful to the office.

Staff use the branded PWA for assigned stops, route information and activity reporting. The work remains connected to the customer when the office needs to answer a question.

At the property
Review the stop details and recorded access instructions. Capture drive, on-site and hold time as the work progresses. Supported location-assisted arrival and departure depend on permissions, the device and configuration.
When the job differs from the request
Record an access problem, hazard, incident or other field issue against the work. The office can use the reported context to discuss further scope or arrange the next action with the customer.
After the stop
Retain service activity, timing and reports for operational review and customer follow-up. The history helps distinguish the pickup that was assigned from an additional visit that still needs to be arranged.

Keep working vehicles and equipment maintained.

Manage asset records, vehicle distance or equipment runtime, fuel and oil costs, maintenance rules and work orders. Eligible route usage can contribute to asset history, bringing upkeep into the same operating environment as the work those assets support.

A clear financial closeout

Connect the pickup to its invoice and payment.

Keep the service charges, customer, property and invoice together. The office can review payment status and history, and the customer can access the invoice PDF and configured payment options from their branded account.

Bill for the agreed work

Use the order and invoice workflow for the pickup being sold, or prepare the appropriate manual invoice for office-managed work. For continuing commercial services, configure supported invoice timing and cadence around the agreement.

Automation settings, simulations and scheduler outcomes let the office review its invoice policy and what the system has processed. Payment records keep the account's financial history available after the crew has left.

Reconcile e-transfers automatically

With the supported mailbox connected and reconciliation enabled, the system reads transfer notifications and reconciles payments automatically when all configured security checks match.

Only a security mismatch requires office review. The notification, invoice and reconciliation history remain connected so the exception can be handled with the relevant information.

More than a one-time pickup

Keep the next request connected to the customer.

A homeowner returning for another removal or a commercial customer arranging repeat work should have their service relationship available. The branded portal brings services, upcoming appointments, invoices, payments, quote visits and support into one account.

Eligible services can be reordered through the account. When the next pickup has a different scope, the customer can return to the catalog or quote process, with their existing customer relationship preserved.

Two continuing removal accounts: a household returning for another pickup and a commercial property on monthly clear-outs.A returning household at 47 Elm Court with three recorded pickups — one sofa on 12 May against order O-241 and invoice I-208, four items on 7 July against order O-266 and invoice I-231, and a defined pickup reordered for 18 September at 08:30 with the service unchanged. Beside it, the commercial property at 83 Park Court records one clear-out each month from January to September, with up to six cubic metres included on each recorded visit, one invoice for each completed clear-out and the work recorded against the property, service and assigned crew. The closing band separates the two paths: the same eligible service can be reordered from the account, while a different scope returns to the catalog or a quote visit, and a larger clear-out is quoted rather than assumed.
