Existing customers can sign in and new customers can register within checkout. Contact details and configured business terms join the selected work before the transaction proceeds.
Where required, the supported single-contract path presents the agreement for page review, legal-name declaration and a typed or drawn signature according to configuration. The signing event stays connected to that agreement.
Configured Stripe checkout accepts eligible saved methods or new payment details, with optional saving for later use. Completing the checkout creates the order for your office to fulfill.
Explore connected checkout →The in-person request collects the verified property, contact details and description of the work before submitting it for office scheduling. A request becomes an accountable sales appointment with a status path for the customer.

The customer can review the proposal, compare available options and respond with an acceptance, decline or note. Acceptance records the selected option for office follow-up into the next scheduling and commercial actions.
The customer portal keeps upcoming services and historical purchases available after the first booking. Customers can see the property and service context, use allowed rescheduling actions and understand relevant account or service status.
Customers can reorder past individual services, eligible packages and eligible contracts. Current catalog availability and renewal rules govern the next purchase; an unavailable offer can return the customer to the catalog or a new quote request.
Quote visits remain visible alongside the customer's service relationship. Supported account and support actions let the customer manage routine requests without losing the history of the work already arranged.
