The OrdexisOne toolkit

Work through the numbers.
Make the assumptions clear.

Practical tools for the questions behind a service business: the cost of a working hour, the area of a property, the value of a proposed system.

Every tool here is free to use with no account and no sign-up. They are standalone utilities that run for anyone, whether or not you use OrdexisOne, and none of them is a feature of a paid plan.

Choose a calculation, enter your own measurements or assumptions, and follow the method behind the result.

Costs & business planning

Understand what
the work needs to return.

Build a scenario from the costs and capacity of your operation. These tools show the effect of your inputs, without assumed market prices or promised savings.

HVAC Labor Rate Calculator

Plan a rate per billable technician-hour from paid and billable capacity, wages, employer costs and allocated team overhead.

You provide
Working hours, team costs and a target margin.
You receive
Break-even and target rates, with consistent annual and monthly scenario totals.

Junk Removal Planning Estimator

Build an assumed total from load volume and your own rate, with the access and disposal charges that apply to the work.

You provide
Volume, rate, additional charges, minimum charge and tax assumption.
You receive
A transparent price breakdown to review against the actual collection scope.

ROI Scenario Calculator

Compare recoverable time and costs you expect to retire with the actual investment you are considering.

You provide
Net time value, realization share, ongoing costs and setup cost.
You receive
Monthly balance, first-year ROI and simple setup payback, including negative outcomes.

Property & material measurements

Start with the dimensions
of the actual job.

Measured area and internal volume answer different questions. Choose the tool that matches the quantity you need.

Square feet · Square metres · Acres

Property Area & PDF Quote

Measure mapped areas, organize sections and prepare an editable quote with your own line items and terms. Known area can also be entered directly.

Map imagery and drawn boundaries produce an estimate. Confirm the service scope and measurements before relying on them for a job.

Inside diameter × Length

Pipe Volume Calculator

Calculate full-bore capacity using actual inside diameter and pipe length. Compare clearly identified volume units, with documented pipe-size references.

Nominal pipe size is a label, not the bore measurement. Verify the material and specification for the pipe being assessed.

Calculate pipe capacity

Reference data & unit calculation

Published numbers,
with their source attached.

Some questions are not a formula. They are a real published figure plus the arithmetic to use it, so this group cites every number it shows and states what it will not do.

Lawn & Turf Spray Rate Reference

Work out how much to mix

Pick the product, enter the area you are spraying and your tank size, and it tells you how much product and how much water to put in — for the whole job, and for one tankload. Every rate is quoted from the PNW Weed Management Handbook or the UC IPM turfgrass table, with its source named beside the product.

Three fields to an answer, in US or metric units. It applies no condition, severity or temperature multiplier, never raises a rate, and never combines products. The label on your bottle governs.

Technical calculations

A defined calculation.
A result you can inspect.

These tools expose their inputs, equations and limits. Use the appropriate complete design procedure for equipment, ventilation systems and electrical installations.

Heating Loss Estimator

Explore heating losses

Compare steady-state heating losses through entered exterior surfaces and outdoor airflow, using areas, assembly U-values and temperatures.

A component estimate. It does not calculate cooling load or select heating equipment, and is not a complete Manual J calculation.

Airflow & Duct Area Calculator

Calculate airflow & area

Convert room volume and your air-change target into airflow. Compare the round duct area and air velocity implied by your project inputs.

The air-change target is yours to establish. Geometric area and velocity do not establish ventilation compliance, pressure loss or fan selection.

Wire Voltage Drop Calculator

Compare voltage drop

Analyze voltage drop for an entered conductor, current and run length, with the circuit assumptions visible beside the result.

Voltage-drop analysis does not establish ampacity, breaker selection or a code-compliant installation.

From a calculation to an operating system

Keep the wider job connected.

These public tools help with individual planning questions. Explore how OrdexisOne connects configured service sales, assessed quotes, scheduling, field work, customers and financial records within your business’s dedicated system.
